We create each Mokti piece on demand to reduce waste and overproduction.

Because of this, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Size issues (please check size chart before ordering)

• Change of mind

• Minor color variation due to screen differences
